What You'll Do:

Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance across resort properties Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks Open and close buildings and test/maintain pools and hot tubs Support seasonal cleanup tasks—shoveling snow in winter, raking and mulching in spring Help set up/break down event spaces and assist guests as needed Safely operate machinery and maintain equipment Work independently and as part of a team to meet high standards for guest and owner satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

A reliable, punctual individual with a strong work ethic Someone flexible and available for weekends and holidays Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Experience with tools, maintenance, or trades is a plus
