Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. Your hands-on skills will keep everything running smoothly, from landscaping and lawn care to building repairs and snow plowing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors and indoors, applying your diverse maintenance expertise to create a welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and landscaping to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various repair and installation projects. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and promptly address issues such as plumbing, electrical, or structural repairs. Maintain lawns and snow blowing and shoveling during winter months to ensure year-round safety and appearance. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers. Prior experience in general construction is highly desirable. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy objects when necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license; experience with snow removal or winter maintenance is a plus.
