Providing customer service and communicating to other hotel departments and performing many other related and reasonable tasks. On this team a reliable member works every day as scheduled, shows up for work on time, consistently meets deadlines and pitches in wherever and whenever needed.

Requirements:

Must be available to work flexible hours as well as weekends & holidays. (•availability Monday, Tuesday, Sunday). Should have basic/entry level working knowledge and hands on experience of the following: Plumbing, Electrical, Sheetrock, and HVAC Painting, wall vinyl and repair Guest rooms repairs as needed Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations Basic repair knowledge of household items Preventive Maintenance and Inspections General Housekeeping Basic pool maintenance Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction Handyman type work and Preventative Maintenance program followed monthly Coordinate and oversee contractors for specialized repairs or projects Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing customer service Extensive knowledge of: plumbing, painting, wall vinyl, electrical issues, fixing door locks, fixing drywall, servicing PTAC units, mechanical systems Removing trash The upkeep of landscaping needs (mowing, mulching, weeding, and snow removal ) Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities Retaining the preventative maintenance log, communicating to other hotel departments and performing many other related and reasonable tasks Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Maintain pool, chemical levels, cleaning, and changing filters Carpet extraction Wear proper uniform Driver's License required If you are a motivated individual with a passion for maintaining facilities, we encourage you to apply for this position.
