About This Position Mass Audubon is looking for a dedicated seasonal Property Steward to work closely with the Property Managers in the Southeast Region to help manage trails and grounds responsibilities and maintain clean facilities. Responsibilities Assist with the maintenance and repair of sanctuary trails, boardwalks, signage, picnic tables, and program spaces Perform daily general maintenance tasks including cleaning the nature center, and public restrooms; remove rubbish and recycling Assist with general landscaping including weed whacking and mowing Work with the Property Managers to develop weekly work plans to be completed both independently and cooperatively Assist with maintenance of basic equipment such as hand tools and power tools Qualifications At Mass Audubon, our highest priority is finding the best candidate for the job. Work Schedule This is a seasonal position that starts in May 2026 and ends in September 2026. The schedule will be up to 40 hours per week. Workdays are typically Tuesday through Saturday, subject to change based upon location and facility needs.
