Job Description

Now Hiring:
HA Repair Person Tier 1 The Salem Housing Authority is seeking a motivated full-time maintenance employee to perform a variety of moderately skilled maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping, and repair duties throughout SHA properties.
Responsibilities include:
Apartment turnovers and painting, wall and ceiling repairs. Groundskeeping and snow removal,Cleaning and trash removal, Minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work Assisting maintenance mechanics and trades staff On-call emergency response on a rotating schedule Qualified applicants must possess: Valid Massachusetts drivers license Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Salary:
$35.18/hour (Current DLS Labor Rate effective 4/1/2026) Excellent benefits package included. How to
