Marina Mainteance Technician

We're looking for a Marina Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and understands that details matter. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day upkeep and continuous improvement of a high-quality waterfront property in the greater Annapolis area. What You'll Do Maintain and repair docks, piers, bulkheads, and marina infrastructure Support the upkeep of dockside utilities including water and basic electrical systems Ensure the property is consistently clean, organized, and well-presented Operate and maintain marina equipment (carts, small engines, tools, etc.) Assist with vessel haul-outs, launches, and operational projects as needed Respond promptly to maintenance needs with a solutions-oriented mindset Play an active role in storm preparation and recovery efforts Uphold safety standards and contribute to a culture of accountability What We're Looking For Experience in maintenance, construction, marine trades, or similar hands-on work Strong mechanical aptitude; basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Valid driver's license required Boating experience is a plus, but not required What Sets You Apart You take ownership of your work and don't cut corners You notice the small things—and fix them before they become big problems You work well as part of a team and communicate clearly You understand that great facilities are part of great customer experience What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Overtime opportunities during peak boating season Paid time off (for full-time team members) Opportunity to grow within a professional marina portfolio A work environment that values quality, teamwork, and pride in the property Why Stella Marinas We're building a collection of best-in-class marinas—properties where service, presentation, and operations are held to a higher standard.
