Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Bulk trash and debris removal 2. Appliance removal and transfers 3. Snow removal. 4. Grass cutting, trimming shrubs and hedges, raking, watering 5. Safely operate equipment. 6. Follow safety procedures while performing duties 7. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements 1. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. 2. Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds. 3. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. 4. Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States. 5. Must have had a valid driver's license for at least 2 years and good driving record. 6. Post conditional offer background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
