With franchise locations from coast to coast, we provide high-quality services such as parking lot line painting, sealcoating, crack filling, sweeping, and power washing. We are currently seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians to join our team
What You'll Do:
Perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, and power washing Assist in site prep: sweeping, cleaning, marking surfaces Operate and maintain small equipment like sprayers and stripers Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a safe work environment Provide excellent customer service on-site Travel to job sites, sometimes working evenings or weekends
What You Bring:
Valid driver's license and clean record Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Experience with small engines or painting equipment is a bonus High school diploma or GED preferred
