Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning and Maintenance Worker and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing our outdoor and indoor environments! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks that ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. Your expertise in mechanical systems, landscaping, and general upkeep will help create inviting spaces for our community and team members alike. Duties Perform routine cleaning as well as required maintenance and repairs to the building. Conduct lawn care activities including mowing and weed control to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy. Provide seasonal services such as snow plowing to ensure safe access during winter months. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Knowledge of snow plowing procedures and general maintenance practices. Excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is essential. Effective communication skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
