$19.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks, Sunday-Saturday)

What You'll Do:

Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs across buildings, fixtures, and equipment Complete basic plumbing, mechanical, and general construction tasks Maintain grounds, roadways, and assist with snow removal using a pick-up truck Respond to maintenance requests across multiple program locations Complete general labor tasks as needed Work independently while utilizing good judgment under the direction of the

Paid Holidays Who We're Looking For:

21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience (permit time excluded) and a good driving record Ability to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds General maintenance experience and basic trade skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively Must live within (or be willing to relocate within) a 30-minute commute of Washington County, MD Ability to attend required paid training during the first two weeks of employment
