High school diploma or GED required (technical or trade experience preferred) 4-5+ years of maintenance, manufacturing, or inventory/CMMS experience Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, inventory control, and maintenance planning Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and attention to detail

Physical & Work Environment:

Manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments (hot/cold conditions possible) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Frequent computer work and sitting; occasional physical movement required May require after-hours or on-call support

Responsibilities:

Review and prioritize maintenance work orders for accuracy and completeness Develop job plans including labor, materials, tools, time, and safety requirements Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with the Maintenance Manager using CMMS Ensure all required materials, parts, and resources are available before scheduling work Prepare requisitions and allocate costs for labor, parts, and maintenance expenses Maintain and manage spare parts inventory levels to support downtime goals Coordinate maintenance for company vehicles and forklifts Track, review, and close out completed work orders with accurate documentation Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance reports Monitor and support maintenance budget and cost control (Variable Overhead) Maintain organized and efficient parts storage areas Support emergency/after-hours parts requisition as needed Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to preventive/predictive maintenance programs Why This Job?
