Job Responsibilities:

Conduct indoor and outdoor general facility maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Perform light landscaping duties, including mowing, shoveling, and other outdoor maintenance tasks. Address minor repairs to maintain the facility's functionality. Perform light cleaning duties to enhance the overall cleanliness of the facility. Execute safety-related duties to promote a secure environment for residents and staff. Supervise vehicle maintenance and attend to other physical needs of the facility. Handle occasional errands to support facility operations. Be on-call for repair/maintenance emergencies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Experience in a facility maintenance setting preferred, but not required.
