Job Description

: On-call rotation required 25 hours per week: The Maintenance Worker maintains the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner - maintaining a wonderful home for your residents to live.:: While doing amazing things for the residents, you will have: Full time employees have access to full benefits; medical, dental, vision, and disability Employer paid life insurance Flexible savings account, including medical dependent Paid Time Off available to all employee:
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Experience preferred but not required for plumbing, dry wall, carpentry and painting At least 18 (eighteen) years of age and a valid Maine driver's license.
