Camp Fernwood is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and hands-on individual to join our maintenance team this summer! This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and keeping things running smoothly in a fun, dynamic environment. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our lakeside camp, ensuring that campers and staff have a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live, work, and play. As part of the maintenance team, you'll have the chance to gain valuable experience in camp operations while enjoying the stunning natural surroundings of Maine. What You'll Be Doing:

Facility Maintenance:

Perform routine checks and upkeep on camp facilities, including cabins, restrooms, dining areas, and activity spaces, ensuring everything is in excellent condition.

General Repairs:

Handle minor repairs around camp, from fixing broken furniture to maintaining equipment and infrastructure.

Outdoor Maintenance:

Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, and ensuring camp grounds are beautiful and safe for all campers.

Support Camp Operations:

Work closely with other staff to ensure camp facilities and equipment are ready for use by both campers and staff.

Safety Checks:

Regularly inspect the camp's safety equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and report any hazards or issues to camp leadership. Assist with

Setup and Cleanup:
