Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Worker for Lodging facilities, where your expertise will ensure the safety, functionality, and comfort of our residential accommodations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of maintenance disciplines, from electrical systems to mechanical repairs, all while providing exceptional service to residents and staff. Your proactive approach will help maintain a welcoming environment and uphold the highest standards of facility operations. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on lodging facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of buildings. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities. Perform all landscaping needs including, weeding, mowing, trimming, trash pickup etc. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and residents.
