Full Job Description Part-Time Property Upkeep & Maintenance Associate Location:
Cedar Springs, Michigan Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week We are looking for a reliable person to help us maintain the appearance and functionality of our apartment community. This person will be based at our White Creek Flats apartment community and support day-to-day property upkeep, light maintenance, and cleaning tasks. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and a predictable yet flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Vacuum, sweep, and clean common areas including hallways, lounges, and entryways. Replace light bulbs, change filters, and perform simple maintenance tasks. Clean trash enclosure of loose garbage, remove debris buildup along curbs, and keep communal spaces tidy. Identify maintenance needs and report issues to property management promptly. Assist with minor repairs or odd jobs around the property as directed. Support a safe, clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently. No formal education or professional degree required; experience in cleaning or property upkeep is a plus.
