Required for emergency rotation Reports to Property Manager Position Summary RT Group Properties is seeking a reliable and skilled Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities in southern Michigan and Northern Ohio. This position plays an essential role in assisting with the properties upkeep and ensuring all service requests are completed efficiently, courteously, and to high-quality standards. The Floating Maintenance Technician will travel between assigned properties based on operational needs, as directed by the Service Manager, Property Manager, or Regional/Facilities Manager.
