Job Summary:
The GDI Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member to responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in various areas such as buildings, equipment, and grounds. This may include tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and janitorial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Coordinating and overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Completion of electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent Lift up to 50 lbs. 3+ years' experience in the maintenance field Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing faulty parts While we appreciate all applications we receive, we advise that only candidates under consideration will be contacted.
