This role offers a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our properties through hands-on work and technical expertise. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs to building systems, fixtures, and equipment using hand tools and power tools. Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access around the property. Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures through cleaning or repairs. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and small machinery. Knowledge of irrigation systems and experience with horticulture practices is highly desirable. Ability to perform snow plowing duties safely during winter weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying maintenance needs. Ability to lift heavy objects is required.
