Job Description

FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE

FULL TIME
5 days per week, 37-40 hours average per week may vary in slow and busy seasons, more or less hours accordingly. Earliest shift will start at 6:00 a.m., latest shift will end at 10:00 p.m. Must be willing to work a combination of hours between these times. Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and some holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs various repairs to insure that the Lodge is maintained in good condition, including rooms, buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible or implementing preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. Helps maintain security.
Compensation Package:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum one year experience of light repair and maintenance. Ability to use/climb ladders, be on feet for continuous length of time, bend, reach, stretch and lift. Valid state driver's license required. Ability to drive lodge vehicles and be insured.
