Maintenance & Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance and construction workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Wage is based on experience.

Duties Building maintenance:

Repairing and maintaining building systems, fixtures, and equipment, such as doors, windows, locks, and gutters Mechanical repairs: Fixing and maintaining machines and mechanical equipment, such as plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems

Painting:

Painting buildings and equipment Minor repairs: Making simple repairs, such as fixing drywall, repairing doors, plumbing, and flooring.

Routine maintenance:

Performing routine and preventative maintenance on building systems

Cleaning:

Cleaning facilities and equipment, and hauling debris and trash Record keeping: Maintaining a record of maintenance and repair tasks

Safety:

Following safety rules Must have Vehicle and Valid Driver Licenses 24 hour callout rotation Skills

• Previous experience in Maintenance
