This is steady, structured work under a service contract — not unpredictable homeowner jobs. If you have experience in apartment maintenance, facilities work, or multi-trade handyman services, this is an opportunity to join a growing commercial service team backed by a trusted local company. What You'll Do Complete maintenance work orders in apartment communities Perform unit turns and refresh work Painting, drywall, carpentry repairs Doors, windows, hardware, fixtures Light plumbing and electrical repairs Exterior maintenance, decks, fencing Preventative maintenance tasks Communicate clearly with property managers and our office team What We're Looking For 3+ years maintenance or multi-trade experience Comfortable working independently Strong troubleshooting ability Professional, reliable, and organized Experience in apartments or facilities maintenance preferred What You'll Get Consistent, scheduled hours Local work (no long-distance travel) Support from an established company Employee discounts 401K with company match (FT eligible) Health benefits (FT eligible)
