Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club General Maintenance Department is Hiring Full-Time Year-Round with

Schedule:
8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Occasional weekends
Summary:
Perform work involving the skills to operate machines and mechanical equipment. Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance throughout the buildings, grounds and facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Perform grounds maintenance including general cleanup, landscaping, mowing including roads and shoulder maintenance Perform buildings and facilities maintenance including painting, construction, minor electric, pool, tennis court and general repairs. Perform snow removal; Plowing, shoveling and sanding Perform spring and fall setup duties as assigned Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
License/Certification:
