Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to keep our facilities in top condition, ensuring a safe, functional, and attractive environment. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, remodeling, turnovers and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge, experience with various tools and equipment, and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and infrastructure. Duties Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators to complete construction projects, hardscape installations, or repairs. Flooring, carpet, paint, drywall, trim, doors, window, etc. Carry out routine building maintenance including repairs, equipment servicing, and safety inspections. Support tree care activities such as pruning, planting, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety. Assist with landscaping projects that enhance property aesthetics through planting beds, pathways, or decorative features. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Experience in landscape maintenance such as pruning trees/shrubs and installing hardscape features fencing bricks, plants. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy objects safely. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for routine inspections and repairs.
