This role requires a proactive individual who can perform a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including mechanical and electrical knowledge, and will be committed to providing excellent service. Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Perform repairs on mechanical systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. Interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of buildings. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Skills Proficiency in welding techniques is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems. Electrical skills for troubleshooting and repairs. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Proficient in English for clear communication with team members and clients. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with tenants or clients. Leadership qualities to guide team efforts during maintenance projects. Experience in residential painting is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and manage tasks efficiently.
