Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Yard & Equipment Maintenance Associate to help maintain and organize our landscape yard while supporting daily operations. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our equipment, materials, and facilities operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, operating equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and assisting with yard organization and logistics. This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Duties Organize and maintain landscape materials, equipment, and yard inventory Load and unload trucks, trailers, and deliveries safely and efficiently Screen topsoil and assist with material processing as needed Operate skid steers, loaders, and other landscape equipment safely Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on small engines and landscape equipment Conduct minor building, property, and facility maintenance repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment Assist with inventory management and material tracking Drive company vehicles to pick up materials, parts, supplies, and equipment Support production, logistics, and other operational needs as required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely drive trucks and trailers Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
