What you'll do: Support daily maintenance operations across throughout the community Perform routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment, HVAC units, and facilities Maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas, including walkways, decks, and common spaces Respond to maintenance requests with urgency, empathy, and professionalism Partner with caregivers, housekeeping, and leadership to support resident needs Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and their families At Red Cedar Lodge and Continental Senior Communities, we operate under 5 pillars that make us unique
