The ideal candidate is comfortable fixing small issues, moving items, organizing spaces, and helping keep the workplace clean, safe, and functional. Responsibilities Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks around the office and facility. Assist with minor fixes and other general upkeep. Help keep storage areas, workspaces, and shared areas clean, organized, and safe. Move equipment, supplies, and other items as needed. Perform paint and drywall upkeep. Keep track of tools, maintenance supplies, and facility-related materials. Identify maintenance needs and take initiative to address issues when appropriate. Maintain the grounds. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, repairs, construction, or general handywork preferred Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools Able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day Reliable , punctual, and able to work independently Ability to follow safety guidelines and complete tasks responsibly
