Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated Seasonal Apartment Community Assistants to support our property during our busy leasing and turnover season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, working in a team environment, and maintaining a welcoming residential community. Duties Assist with apartment turns (cleaning, light prep, inspections) Help maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community (grounds, common areas) Distribute notices, packages, and resident communications Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up Assist with move-in and move-out processes Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic organizational and time management skills Comfortable working indoors and outdoors This position offers an engaging environment where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
