Job Description
Maintenance Person 1600 Mill Creek Circle, Marquette, MI 49855 Part-time Part-time Mill Creek Senior Living Community is looking for a self-motivated, responsible and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The position will be 20-30 hours per week. Position is seasonal with the possibility of leading to a permanent position within the company. Facility maintenance experience is preferred. Duties would include lawn care (mowing, weed wacking and cleanup), following the preventative maintenance program for the facility along with troubleshooting maintenance issues and applying basic fixes to multiple building systems and equipment to ensure that the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Evening and weekend hours may be required in emergency situations. Wage based on experience. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
