CONTRACT

small building semi monthly We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Industrial Cleaning Specialist to maintain cleanliness and safety across large-scale industrial facilities. In this role, you will perform comprehensive cleaning tasks that ensure a safe, hygienic, and efficient environment. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our industrial spaces, supporting overall facility maintenance and safety standards. Responsibilities Execute thorough cleaning of industrial areas, including machinery, floors, and workstations, utilizing appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. Perform specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain optimal surface condition. Conduct janitorial duties including trash removal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and dusting to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with custodial responsibilities related to facilities maintenance, ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations. Support porters or maintenance teams in moving equipment or materials as needed for efficient workflow. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies used, and inspections performed for accountability. Experience Prior experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is highly preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is essential. Experience with floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing is a plus. Background in janitorial or custodial work within industrial or large commercial environments is advantageous. Familiarity with safety standards related to industrial cleaning practices and use of cleaning chemicals. Previous porter or maintenance support experience can be beneficial for team collaboration.
