Job Description

The Maintenance teammate is responsible for assisting the maintenance manager with the maintenance of our facilities. They are responsible for preventative maintenance, as well as repairing vehicles and equipment that requires repair. He/She, as the Maintenance Teammate, is service minded and values working collaboratively as a team, typically on-site, with a traditional Monday- Friday work week so as to be available to, responsive and supportive of colleagues and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes preventive programs to ensure equipment readiness100% of the time and conducting routine immediate repairs. Repairs may include but not limited to the following: fences, lock replacement, golf and shipping cart repair. Constructs and repairs greenhouses, holding areas and lath areas, including installation of greenhouse coverings, irrigation installation and repair, inspections, and cleaning the interior and exterior of company vehicles. Occasionally is required to travel off-site. Works well alone or in small groups, on occasion with minimal supervision, and able to carry out OSHA and MIOSHA safety rules and procedures that pertain to the facility and staff.
