We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our maintenance team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and painting. The position offers competitive wages.

Responsibilities:

Perform building maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, snow removal, painting, and other duties as assigned Report any minor or major maintenance issues to management Adhere to all safety and health regulations and company policies and procedures Proactive approach to daily repairs and maintenance Must be able to stand and work for 6-8 hours Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older No prior experience necessary Must have reliable form of transportation Manages time well and is self-sufficient Strong work ethic and pays attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
