The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day shop operations, support mechanics, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Assist diesel mechanics with repair and maintenance tasks on vehicles and shop equipment. Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas. Perform basic shop maintenance, including sweeping, inventory restocking, and equipment cleaning. Handle parts deliveries and pickups as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Basic knowledge of diesel mechanics or willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license. Previous shop or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
