Maintenance Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities to provide a safe and efficient environment for all of our residents and employees. Handle maintenance/grounds tasks as assigned by supervisor Provide excellent Customer service to address maintenance concerns promptly and effectively Take trash out as needed and assist housekeeping as needed Respond to immediate requests needed for repair Support the Maintenance Supervisor with various tasks Contribute to overall Facilities maintenance by conducting routine inspections and repairs. Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma Must have at least 2 years building and grounds maintenance experience Valid Michigan Driver's license 18 years of age or older Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will make a difference.
