This full-time role supports multiple residential, commercial, and industrial properties, with occasional travel to Wixom and Bloomfield Township. Job Responsibilities Perform general building and property maintenance, including cleaning and grounds upkeep Complete carpentry repairs and painting (walls, woodwork, metal surfaces) Handle basic electrical maintenance (light fixtures, ballasts, fuses, breaker resets) Perform plumbing repairs (leaks, valves, faucets, toilets) Conduct general repairs (concrete/asphalt patching, signage installation, ceiling tile replacement) Requirements 2+ years of property, facilities, or building maintenance experience Experience working with residential, commercial, or industrial properties Contractor, electrical, or plumbing licenses are a plus Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to perform physically demanding work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Perks $21-$25 per hour (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties Full-time, stable schedule after training Opportunity to work with a respected property management company
