Physical work, real training, room to grow. The Guy Outdoor Services is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who wants more than just a job. It's a chance to learn the landscape industry, build real skills, and grow into bigger opportunities over time. This role is best for someone looking to grow with a company team over time, not someone just looking for a short-term stop. This isn't just a job opening — it's an opportunity to start building a real career. You'll work alongside experienced team members helping with mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, bed maintenance, cleanups, mulch, and general property care. We're looking for someone dependable, hard-working, coachable, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in quality work. This is physical, hands-on work. Some days are hot, messy, repetitive, and fast-paced. The right person needs to be comfortable working outdoors, taking direction, staying productive, and paying attention to detail throughout the day. At least one season of landscape or outdoor labor experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right person with a strong attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn. This role can grow into more for the right person, including increased responsibility, leadership opportunities, and long-term career potential within the company.
