8:00 AM•4:30 PM (including on-call weekend once a month and snow removal as needed)
Pay:
$22.00•$28.00 based on experience

Maintenance Assistant:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll support the Maintenance Director with the daily upkeep and safe operation of our campus, buildings, and equipment. Your work helps ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance Conducting emergency repairs and responding to work orders Performing inspections and upkeep of boilers, HVAC, water heaters, and other systems Maintaining cleanliness and safety in mechanical/boiler rooms and common areas Grounds keeping Light plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work (training provided!) Possible housekeeping duties Sheet rock repair
What You Bring:
Previous maintenance or related experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong organizational and follow-through skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and work as a team. Physical capability to lift heavy objects and work indoors/outdoors in various conditions A helpful, respectful, and team-oriented attitude Ready to Make a Difference?
