Compensation:

$21 hourly to start

DOE Responsibilities:

Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment

Qualifications:

Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Valid driver's license and good driving record required Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
