Maintenance professionals should enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. Must be able to work independently and have good attention to detail. A valid driver's license and a good work history is required. Please reply with your work history and availability. A Maintenance Professional performs a variety of property services which are related to the general maintenance, appearance and cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facility/building or apartment units. Responsibilities and Duties Painting and wall repair.
- Operating cleaning type equipment i.e. a vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and cleaning solutions as required.
- Moves furniture, boxes or other obstacles in accomplishment of carpet cleaning duties.
- Moves trash, scraps, and other material to pick up points.
- Demolition of apartments and hauls to disposal location.
- Lawn care and application of lawn treatments.
- Sidewalk snow shoveling and salting
- Installations of appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
- Light plumbing work
- Set up dehumidifiers and air movers for water leaks
- Per other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience desired
- Valid state driver's license
- Excellent attendance record
- Proactive and motivated
- Good communication skills
