This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00
PM Pay:
$20-$28 per hour (depending on experience)
Lunch:
Paid 30-minute lunch break This company owns and manages a variety of properties and businesses, so no two days are exactly the same. The role involves hands-on maintenance, construction, and property improvement projects across warehouse units, townhomes, and commercial properties.
Responsibilities may include:
Demolition work, including tearing down walls and removing flooring/carpet Painting and general property improvements Installing shelving, office fixtures, and equipment Basic HVAC maintenance and repairs General building and property upkeep Assisting with remodeling and renovation projects Other maintenance and construction-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Driver's License Previous construction, maintenance, remodeling, or mechanical experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as needed Reliable transportation and attendance The company is expanding rapidly and is looking for someone who wants to grow with the organization long term.
