As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals in our Public Works and Parks Departments. From maintaining parks and outdoor facilities to assisting with street repairs and snow removal, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community running smoothly. The Maintenance Trainee is a limited duration, full-time, union, benefit eligible position for up to a maximum of two years to train and gain the skills and experience necessary to be a fully qualified maintenance worker in Eagan. Each trainee position will be terminated at the end of two years. Trainees may have an opportunity to apply and be hired into a full-time maintenance worker position before that time.
