Part Time Maintenance 1411 16th Street East, Glencoe, MN 55336 $20 an hour - Part-time $20 an hour - Part-time Brutger Equities Inc. is searching for Part-time Maintenance for the Northwood Apartments Glencoe , MN. 39 total units. This position must be available during day time hours. This position is 10-15+ hours per week. We are looking for a dependable, energetic individual with maintenance background and good communication skills. Duties include general repair, painting, grounds maintenance. Some experience with plumbing, electrical, heating and appliance repair a plus. A Valid Drivers license is a must. This Position is eligible for Paid time off.
