Position Overview The On-Call Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling after-hours emergency maintenance calls between 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM , as well as weekend property responsibilities. This role is for emergencies only , including but not limited to: Fire-related emergencies Water leaks/flooding Heating and cooling issues Appliance replacements/failures Lockouts and urgent resident concerns Other emergency maintenance situations In addition to emergency response, this individual will also: Test pools once on Saturdays and Sundays Open the properties on Saturdays and Sundays Ensure emergency issues are handled professionally and efficiently Compensation & Benefits Although most weeks average approximately 8-12 working hours , this position is compensated as a full-time 40-hour-per-week role and includes: Hourly Wage + Bonuses Medical/Dental/401K + Vacation/Sick/Holiday Pay.
