Job Description
Job Summary We are a growing property management company seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Crew Member to assist with cleaning, repairs, property upkeep, and general maintenance across our residential and commercial properties. Our portfolio includes primarily single-family homes, along with duplexes, fourplexes, sixplexes, eightplexes, and a small number of commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform general property maintenance and repairs Complete interior and exterior painting projects Assist with property cleanouts and unit turnovers Lawn care, snow removal, and exterior upkeep Operate equipment including: Trucks and trailers Lawn mowers Skid loaders Other maintenance equipment as needed Identify and solve maintenance issues independently Maintain safe and professional interactions with tenants and vendors Duties Conduct seasonal tasks like snow plowing and ice removal to ensure safety during winter months. Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and performing basic repairs to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Exemplary work history and professional references Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Basic maintenance and repair experience required Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment Valid driver's license required Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
