- Part-time This position is located in New Ulm, MN Great opportunity for an experienced maintenance/custodial person who wants flexible part time hours in a home-like setting for older adults living with dementia.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with the site directors to plan and complete projects according to priority and time (scheduling, assessing, obtaining supplies), manage routine preventative maintenance inspection, assist with routine facility drills, and various building operational needs.Requirements:
Moderate understanding and experience with painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, janitorial duties, and carpet cleaning. Must have own transportation, basic tools, and have clean criminal background and driving record. Our cottage setting allows for greater continuity of care, relationship building and trust and better staffing ratios.
