In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain equipment, support shop operations, and ensure a clean, organized facility. Shop Assistant:
  • Clean and maintain the shop and equipment
  • Perform basic repairs, fuel and detail vehicles, and report required maintenance
  • Load and unload trailers and assist with inventory
  • Organize outdoor areas and support landscaping/snow removal as needed
  • Transport materials and equipment with a company vehicle
  • Complete weekly equipment checklists and support safety audits
  • Follow all company safety protocols and work rules What You Need to Bring to the
Shop Assistant Role:
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Good teamwork, communication, and reliability
  • Ability to use basic computers and review manuals as needed
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
