While some experience is preferred, our most important requirement is a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly on the job. Key Responsibilities Perform sealcoating, asphalt patching, and general pavement maintenance. Operate equipment and handle materials safely and efficiently. Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule and to company standards. Maintain a professional, workmanlike attitude while interacting with teammates and customers.

Requirements Experience:

Preference is given to those with experience on a sealcoating or asphalt patching crew.

Driving Record:

Must have a clean driving record.

Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to show up on time daily.

Availability:

Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Physical Stamina:

Able to work long shifts outdoors in all weather conditions.
