Job Description

Maintenance Worker (Full-Time)Build, Repair, and Make a Lasting Difference As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform a variety of repairs, installations, remodeling projects, and general maintenance tasks across our campus and facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, service-oriented individual who enjoys diverse responsibilities and meaningful work. Primary Responsibilities Electrical Repair and replace outlets, switches, fixtures, and lighting components Move and install lighting fixtures Replace ballasts and perform basic electrical maintenance Plumbing Reset toilets and repair plumbing fixtures Install and repair sinks, showers, tubs, and related plumbing systems Perform general plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting Construction & Facility Repairs Complete indoor and outdoor repair projects Build walls and perform drywall installation and finishing Replace countertops and flooring Paint and refinish rooms and common areas Install suspended ceilings and complete remodeling projects Landscaping & Groundskeeping Mow, weed, and maintain grounds Trim trees and shrubs Mulch landscaping areas Assist with snow and ice removal Automotive Maintenance (If Qualified) Perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs Coordinate vehicle inspections and licensing requirements General Maintenance Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment across agency facilities Assist with preventative maintenance and special projects as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in maintenance, construction, facilities management, or a related field preferred Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair practices Ability to safely operate tools and equipment Service-focused, dependable, and team-oriented Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to perform physical labor and work both indoors and outdoors Compensation & Benefits Benefits Package valued at over $15,000 annually Comprehensive Medical Insurance for only $25 per month FREE Dental Insurance FREE Long-Term Disability Insurance FREE Life Insurance (3x Annual Salary) Employer-Paid Retirement Contribution equal to 10% of your annual salary with no employee match required (eligibility begins after six months of employment) Join our mission of serving God by making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.
