Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Maintenance Assistant to support the ongoing operations and upkeep of our facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and mechanical work. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring safety and efficiency across our manufacturing and residential environments. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues perform residential painting as needed to maintain facility appearance and safety standards assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Provide excellent customer service to internal departments by responding promptly to maintenance requests Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields Electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical systems Excellent communication skills in English for effective team collaboration and documentation Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety standards related to facilities maintenance and manufacturing operations This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our facilities while supporting operational excellence.
